When you release tickets, recipients of the email need to click the “Claim my spot” link to go to your event listing and register. Keep in mind that you can exceed your event's total capacity when releasing tickets, so be sure you can accommodate any attendees you release a ticket to. NOTE: Releasing tickets to people on your waitlist is a manual process. If an attendee needs more than one ticket, manually add them to the waitlist and release tickets for each additional entry (or manually add them to your event). Each entry on the waitlist equals one ticket to your event.
